Terms and conditions

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms govern the use of jrstudio.com.co and the purchase of the digital materials offered on it. By using the site you accept what follows.

Site owner

The site belongs to Jose Eduardo Rodríguez Romero (JR Studio), a sole trader based in Colombia. Contact: info@jrstudio.com.co.

What you will find here

The site serves two purposes: presenting professional front-end development and template design work, and selling the Figma a Código ebook series.

Portfolio information is informative and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Any services engagement is agreed separately and in writing.

Buying the ebooks

The purchase does not happen on this site. Pressing the buy button takes you to Hotmart, the platform that processes payment, issues the receipt and delivers the file. The sale is governed by Hotmart's terms, which you accept at their checkout.

The product is a downloadable digital file. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation and is handled by Hotmart, not by this site. If you have paid and receive nothing, Hotmart is the support channel — write to me as well and I will help you sort it out.

Refunds and right of withdrawal: as this is immediately downloadable digital content purchased through Hotmart, that platform's refund terms apply, as in force at the time of purchase and available on their site.

Note that the ebook is written in Spanish. This is stated on the sales page before purchase.

What you may do with the book

Your purchase grants a personal, individual and non-transferable licence. You may read it, print it for your own use and apply its method in your work, including commercial client projects.

You may not resell it, redistribute it, upload it to repositories or groups, share your copy, or use its content to build a derivative training product. The material is protected by copyright.

The free Checklist and cheatsheet follow the same rules: they are yours to use in your work, but not to redistribute as your own material.

About the book's content

The method taught relies on third-party tools — Figma, Claude Code, the Figma MCP — which evolve independently. Examples and screenshots reflect the state of those tools at the time of writing. Volume 1 updates are included in your purchase.

The book describes a way of working; it does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome. What you get out of it depends on your files, your projects and your judgement.

Site intellectual property

The design, copy, code and marks on this site belong to its owner. The commercial templates mentioned are distributed under ThemeForest licences, which are what apply to those products.

Third-party links

The site links to ThemeForest, LinkedIn, SockerGo and Hotmart. No responsibility is taken for the content or practices of those sites: each has its own terms and privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the consumer rights available to the buyer in their country of residence.
