What a studio of
one shipped.
Thrymo is mine end to end: the concept, the interface, the app code, the subscription plumbing, the store listing and the support inbox. Nobody handed me a spec and nobody else fixed the bugs.
The hard call was the local-only architecture. No account means no password reset, no sync support tickets and no database of other people’s finances to protect. It also means the export format has to be good enough that your data is genuinely portable. That constraint shaped every screen.
